Your prototypeworks.
Let's make itreal.

You built something in Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, or Cursor, and it does what you want in the demo. Getting it ready for real users, real data, and real money is a different job. That's the job I do.

Keep whatworks fix whatdoesn't

AI-built prototypes are great at quickly getting your idea, the flow, and a lot of the interface right. Where they can struggle is with the plumbing underneath. I don't start over by default. I review what you have, keep what's solid, and replace what isn't, so you get to launch without paying for a rebuild you don't need.

How it works

  1. $1,500
    01

    Assessment

I go through your app and its code and give you a written report of what's solid, what's risky, what needs to change before launch, along with a fixed quote to get it live. If we keep going, the fee is credited toward the build.

  2. From $5,000
    02

    Build

I take it to production. Auth, database, security, deployment, testing, and cleanup, all at a fixed price agreed up front.

  3. From [$150]/mo
    03

    Care plan

Hosting, monitoring, updates, and a block of support time each month, ensuring it keeps working after launch.

What the assessmentcovers

A written report and a fixed quote. The fee is credited toward the build if we keep going.

Scope
01Auth and permissions
Who can sign in, who can see what, and whether that holds up
02Data
How it's structured, how it's protected, and whether it'll scale with you
03Security
Secrets, exposed endpoints, and the usual AI-generated gaps
04Code quality
Duplicated logic, dead code, and what's safe to keep building on
05Performance
What slows down as usage grows
06Hosting and cost
Where it should live and what that will actually cost
07Path forward
Whether to harden what you have or rebuild specific parts

Is this a fit?

Good fit

Founders, small businesses, and internal teams with a working prototype they want to put in front of customers or staff.

Probably not yet

If what you have is a mockup or an idea that isn't built yet, let's start with a conversation and see if there is another way we can work together.

Questions

Which tools do you work with?

Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and hand-built React or Next.js apps. If it runs on a modern JavaScript stack, I can work with it. Python and PHP are also in the mix.

Will you rewrite everything?

Only if the assessment says it's the cheaper path. Usually it isn't.

Can I keep building in Lovable (or my tool) afterward?

It depends. We'll agree on a workflow so new changes don't undo production fixes.

Who owns the code?

You do. We'll ensure that the setup we choose protects your intellectual property.

How long does it take?

The assessment takes a few days. Most builds take two to four weeks, depending on what the assessment finds.

Send me a link to your prototype and a few lines about what it does. I'll let you know whether an assessment makes sense.
